Description

Unterstützende Teamstrukturen für die Cloud-Native-Transformation

We all know this, the new corporate strategy sounds exciting at first glance: more customer focus, better products while reducing costs. The new IT strategy proposes a cloud-native transformation to achieve these goals. This includes the latest cloud technologies, self-service infrastructure, and two-pizza teams continuously delivering new features. Of course, all of this while the Chaos Monkey happily wreaks havoc. But what does the world look like - 5 years later? We haven’t achieved any of the corporate objectives, only the infrastructure costs have skyrocketed.

To successfully transition to the cloud, solely focusing on the latest cloud technologies often doesn’t bring the desired success; it also requires supportive team structures and interaction modes for development teams. From our consulting practice, we bring realistic pitfalls and how we have overcome them or would have overcome them better. We discuss ideas from Team Topologies, product management, and internal development platforms.
