Above all, this training provides you with the tools you need to strengthen collaboration in your day-to-day project work using a wider range of methods. You’ll learn how to prepare and facilitate these sessions. The focus isn’t just on the methodological approach, but also on group dynamics, common challenges, and the role of the facilitator.
Another focus is on software development as a socio-technical system: architecture does not emerge in isolation, but rather through the interplay of people, communication, and structures. The training demonstrates how collaborative modeling helps make architectural decisions more transparent and mutually sustainable.
You will also reflect on different roles in collaborative architecture and modeling processes and develop an understanding of how you yourself can work effectively in such settings.
